7 am:  Registration of entrants   
7.30am – 11.30am: Townsville Toastmasters International & Catwalk Training Classes  
12.30pm:  Fashion Show 1 Grand Ballroom* Miss Fashion Australia Awards - Best Dressed Active Wear * 3 age divisions * Tween (5 - 12 yrs) * Teen (13 -17 yrs) * Adult (18 -35yrs)   * Buffet Luncheon Entrants to receive 1 ticket * Table & Theatre Seating * Bar Service * Presentation of Gift Bags to all Finalist entrants by Sponsors * Lucky Door Prizes/Raffles * Official welcome to all Finalists on stage  

6.30pm   Meet & Greet in Lobby Bar 7.10pm    Jupiter’s Ballroom opens for seating

7.30pm     Fashion Show 2 in Grand Ballroom - Miss Fashion Australia Awards    * Best Dressed Hollywood Glamour   * Entrants to receive 1 Show Ticket * Bar service * Table & Theatre Seating * lucky door prizes/Raffles
8.35pm   Major Awards Prize Presentation – Best Dressed Winning Placegetters

9.05pm        Fashion Show Resumes * Dress Category: Day Wear  
10.10pm       Major Awards Prize Presentation - Best Dressed Winning Placegetters

10.30pm  Fashion Show Closes * Celebration Drinks in Lobby Bar

12.30pm:  Fashion Show 3 in Grand Ballroom * Tamblyn Young Model Challenge * Best Dressed Day Wear Models * 3 age divisions *   Junior (5-11yrs) * Intermediate (12 -14 yrs) * Senior (15 -19 yrs) * Buffet Luncheon Entrants to receive 1 Ticket * Table & Theatre seating * Bar Service * Presentation of Sponsors Gift Bags to all Finalist entrants *Lucky Door Prizes/ Raffles * Official welcome to all Finalists on stage

8.45pm Major Awards Prize Presentation * Best Dressed Winning Placegetters * Best Runway * Most Photogenic * Model of the Year Awards

9.15pm   Fashion Show 4 in Grand Ballroom * 2011 City of Townsville Retail Fashion & Design  Awards * 3 Judging/Prize Categories  - Suggest * Day, Casual & Sports Wear * Swim, Tropical Resort & Lingerie Wear * Bridal, Formal & Evening Wear NB These Retail Fashion  & Design Awards are optional on interest received from Fashion Stores, Designers  & Sponsors – They may be replaced by another Young Model Challenge Dress Category or Sponsors Parades ect if there is insufficient interest out there?
10.15pm   Major Awards Prize Presentation  * Major Art Union Prize Draw * Major Prize Draw for all Fashion Show Ticket Purchasers – Winners must be present  

10.30pm:   Fashion Show Closes – Entrants/guests/sponsors invited to attend After Party in Lobby Bar?
