The theme for this Aprils Fashion Bash is titled “Hooray for Hollywood” & it will be the most exciting fashion entertainment event ever staged in Townsville. Some of its star attractions will be as follows:
* Miss Fashion Australia Awards * Young Model Challenge * Rising Star Awards. This event will be celebrating its 9th Birthday in true Hollywood style with our very own red carpet Stars Walk of Fame +  Rising Stars “That’s Entertainment” show where they will sing & perform some of the most famous Hollywood musical film songs. We are sure lots will come to mind – Diamonds are a Girl’s Best Friend – Over the Rainbow – Singing in the Rain  & who could ever forget Cabaret. Since it was born in 2003 the Fashion Bash has grown from a small town North Qld fashion & model challenge into a prestigious national event. Today it is widely recognised as a nursery ground for students & young adults wanting to develop future careers in the fashion, modelling, television, film & entertainment industries. Its current informative training classes & career education programs will ensure its entrants will continually make their mark in this country plus on the world stage * See entrants success below.

 It has also developed one of this country’s fastest growing & informative youth fashion web sites which has seen its visitor numbers grow from 5000 to 50,000 in less than 4 yrs. That’s Entertainment: To be performed by our Rising Stars over 4 fashion shows. 10 of this country's best student entertainers aged 13 -17 years will each perform 2 famous Hollywood movie songs competing to win 2 trips to LA/Hollywood/Las Vegas.
Total number of performances: 20 + 2 spectacular opening show numbers on Friday & Saturday – Cabaret & Hooray for Hollywood.

Our Rising Stars “That’s Entertainment” show is going to really live up to the theme for the event
“Hooray for Hollywood”. It will boast a cast of some of the best young stage performers in this country. It will bring back to life some of those famous Hollywood Movie Songs sung by Marilyn Monroe, Judy Garland, Lisa Minnelli, Debbie Reynolds, Elvis Presley, Frank Sinatra, Dean Martin just to name a few. They will each be judged on their performances on stage over 4 shows & at Special Meet & Greet Party. The Sponsor will then present the best judged & audience chosen winner each a trip to LA/Hollywood/Las Vegas. The sponsor will receive lots of photo & promotional opportunities as well as 40 show tickets to reward there loyal staff or customers.

Miss Fashion Aust Awards: To be staged over 4 fashion shows. Finalists aged between 5 - 35 years will compete in 3 age divisions.
There will be 3 dress judging/prize categories:* Active Wear * Day Wear * Hollywood Glamour. A Miss Tween, Miss Teen & Miss Fashion Aust title winners will be crowned & each will WIN a trip to LA + 5 nites stay in Hollywood. A special Meet & Greet Party will welcome all Entrants, Families & supporters to Townsville on Thursday evening at the Seaview Hotel.
