One of its lagoon swimming pools backs up to an outdoors undercover stage area directly in front of the foyer where a lagoon catwalk was erected to stage a special Surf Swim Wear Models & Designers Challenge which proved a splash hit at 2007 Fashion Bash. This catwalk was constructed by a group of Townsville’s leading building suppliers and was designed by Wilkinson Homes. Come April 2008 hundreds or this nation’s best models & surf swim wear designers will showcase their talents & designs before a packed audience.
